Homeowners / enquirers Name, phone number, email, city and pin code, project type, budget range, timeline, property details and responses during verification calls or chats.
Design professionals Name, business name, phone, email, city and service areas, category, GSTIN, portfolio and profile details, verification documents, lead pack purchase history and credit balance.
All visitors and app users IP address, device and browser details, pages visited, app usage, cookies and similar identifiers.
Please note We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data. Please do not share sensitive personal information in your enquiry or profile.

Who We Share It With

  • Verified design professionals who purchase your lead. Once shared, they handle your data independently and are responsible for using it lawfully.
  • Service providers such as payment gateways, cloud hosting, calling, WhatsApp and email tools, analytics and advertising platforms, and verification partners.
  • Courts, regulators or law enforcement when required by law.

We also do not share your personal data with data brokers. Card and banking details are handled by our payment gateway and are not stored by us.
